• What I want... Really bad!

    For those of you who don't know I am a huge Apple fan. They're all about design! I love all their products - The iPod, iPhone, iMac, MacBook... they're all great! :) I have been saving for a Macbook Pro for a while and will eventually get one, but... Today at MacWorld Steve Jobs, the CEO of Apple, announced a new member of the Macbook family. The Macbook Air. This is probably the most beautiful computer I have ever seen. (That last sentance earned me some serious geek points! lol) It fits in a manila envelope for Pete's sake!

    Please join me in drooling over this amazing machine. Any other Apple fans out there? Let me know what you think about this!

      GEEK!!! lol...j/k Apples are awesome for designing, but I am still a pc man. Sorry. Maybe if someone bought me one, I would be more of a fan...Macs are sweet for graphics and video though (uh oh I said the V word)

      What? You didn't see the "No PC People Allowed" sign on the door when you walked in? haha The V word. lol We use one for our music recording too. I'm not working on graphics on a Mac yet... but some day. *sigh* lol

      Since MAC is for the serious graphic designers and artists, I would agree you should get one. However, after trying for several months to like our Apple desktop, I finally screamed, "NO!!! I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!" I had to click 7-10 times with MAC compared to my 1 -2 times on my PC. Think I will forever be a tiny, laptop PC'er. Hey, kind of like the UPC - think I'll always be a 'PC'er. LOL

      Macs are great, but this new thing is just a thing. It doesn't have anything in it. check out the specs before you drop the big bucks for this oversized note pad.

      Thanks for the comment anon.. Yeah, I wouldn't buy one of these. It would be cool to play with, but I need more processing power to run graphic design programs. I just bought a used macbook pro that I love! :)
